Some of my favorite days are spent outdoors taking pictures of couples that are SO in love. Sarah & Kyle’s engagement session was truly one of the best, especially because the weather was so unbelievably beautiful! I love it when Mother Nature cooperates with my schedule!

I’m not the only one that loves the great outdoors. These two are huge nature lovers, and they love going on hikes. In fact, a hike to a scenic overview in West Virginia is exactly where Kyle asked Sarah to marry him. Sarah said YES, after shedding a few tears of joy. How sweet!

The outdoor theme for this couple continued into their engagement session, taken at the Sayen Gardens in Hamilton, New Jersey. Not only was the weather cooperative, but Sarah & Kyle were so easy to work with! Sarah looked gorgeous in both of the dresses that she wore. My favorite was her light blue sundress, which was perfectly matched by Kyle’s white shorts and blue button-up shirt combination. This couple was made to be on the cover of a magazine! It was so fun to stroll through the beautiful park, talking and laughing with these two, as I learned more about them and their upcoming wedding.

I love hearing a couple’s love story, so let’s rewind to the beginning. Sarah met her now-fiancé while they were both working at a Chili’s restaurant. In fact, Sarah was the lucky girl that got to train Kyle! They both instantly felt a connection, but it took a few months before Kyle asked for Sarah’s number. Sarah could barely contain her excitement when he finally asked! Fast-forward two and a half years later, and this wonderful couple has said “yes” to forever, and they are now planning a wedding!

Sarah & Kyle will be wed next October at the Stroudsmoor Country Inn in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. What better place for a couple of nature lovers to get married than in the woods?! I, for one, CANNOT WAIT for that day. Their bohemian-style wedding, complete with a rustic feel, will undoubtedly be beautiful, but I can only imagine that this couple will be even more breathtaking.
