Ready for something a bit out of the ordinary? That’s right, I stepped out of my engagement & wedding comfort zone, and I’m so glad I did! This September, I had the pleasure of taking a personalized senior photo shoot, and it was so much fun!

Alyssa is a gem of a human, and her heart is just as beautiful as her outer beauty. She is a student at the Union County Academy for Performing Arts, and she also attends Kean University for her senior year. 

When she’s not busy with academics, Alyssa enjoys being a part of Girl Scouts and Elks. She loves to listen to music, write poetry, hang out with friends, and shop (I have yet to meet a teenage girl who doesn’t love to shop till she drops!).

Alyssa is pretty much my fashion twin, because her go-to casual outfit is a pair of leggings with a cute shirt or sweater. When she’s not going for the casual look, her favorite style is trendy chic. Believe me, she rocked that style during this shoot!

We had a great time during Alyssa’s session. It was a wonderful challenge for me to work on singular poses for once, rather than working with couples.
